We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, register for a class, sign a waiver, book a birthday party, or contact us:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Member and emergency contact details
• Waiver acknowledgements and signatures
• Class registrations, attendance, and enrollment history
• Payment details (processed and stored by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers)
• Photos or video footage taken during classes, events, or competitions (only if you consent on the waiver)

How we use your information

• To register members for classes, memberships, events, and competitions
• To process payments and refunds via Stripe
• To contact emergency contacts in the event of an injury
• To send transactional emails (registration confirmations, password resets, billing notices) via Resend
• To improve our programs, courses, and gym safety practices
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our waivers

Service providers we use

We share data only with the third-party processors below, and only to the extent needed to operate the gym:

• Stripe — payment processing and stored payment methods
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting and content delivery
• Neon — encrypted database hosting
• Sentry — anonymized error monitoring

We never sell your information to advertisers or data brokers.

Data retention

Account, registration, and waiver records are retained for as long as your membership is active and for up to seven years afterward to comply with tax, insurance, and liability obligations. You may request deletion of marketing preferences and contact information at any time by emailing info@pinnacleathleticsokc.com.

Children's privacy

We collect information about minor athletes from their parent or legal guardian only. Children under 13 do not create accounts directly. Guardians may review or update their child's information at any time through their account portal or by contacting us.

Your rights

• Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correction — fix inaccurate information through your account or by emailing us
• Deletion — request removal of marketing data and contact information
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time (transactional emails will continue while your account is active)

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication, shopping cart, and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies.
