Refund Policy
Last updated: April 2026. Below are our refund and cancellation terms by product type. We aim to be fair and clear — if you have a circumstance not covered here, contact us.
Class registrations & drop-ins
Single class registrations are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable but may be rescheduled to another class within 30 days, subject to availability.
Memberships
Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal — your access continues through the end of the current cycle, and no further charges are made. We do not pro-rate or refund partial billing cycles.
Birthday parties
Birthday party deposits are refundable up to 14 days before the event date. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied as a credit toward a future party or event held within 90 days. If we cancel due to facility issues, you receive a full refund.
Corporate events & private bookings
Corporate event deposits are refundable up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a future booking within 6 months.
Competition entries
Competition entry fees are non-refundable once the registration window closes. If a competition is canceled by Pinnacle Athletics or the sanctioning league, registrants receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.
Merchandise
Unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping). Custom or personalized items are final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to request a refund
Refunds for classes and memberships can be requested through your account billing portal or by emailing info@pinnacleathleticsokc.com with your name, the registration or order, and the reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Class cancellations by Pinnacle
If we cancel a class due to weather, staffing, or facility issues, registered athletes receive a full refund or a credit applied to a future class — your choice. We notify you by email as soon as possible.
Membership pauses
We allow one membership pause of up to 30 days per calendar year, no questions asked. Request a pause through your billing portal or by contacting us. Longer pauses for medical reasons are reviewed case-by-case.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before opening a card dispute. We respond within 2 business days and will resolve any genuine billing error promptly.
