Acceptance of terms

By accessing pinnacleathleticsokc.com, creating an account, registering for a class, signing a waiver, or entering our facility, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Membership and registration

• You must be at least 18 to create an account. Parents or legal guardians create accounts for minor athletes.
• You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
• A signed waiver is required for every athlete (adult or minor) before any class, open gym, or event.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Facility rules and conduct

• Follow staff and coach instructions at all times.
• Use equipment only as intended and only after instruction.
• Report broken equipment, injuries, or unsafe conditions to staff immediately.
• Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the facility and termination of membership without refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke membership for safety violations or repeated rule violations.

Assumption of risk

Ninja warrior training, obstacle courses, and gymnastics-style activities carry inherent risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this risk for yourself or your minor athlete. The full waiver and release of liability is presented during account setup and must be signed before participation.

Payments and billing

• All payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing is shown in U.S. dollars and is exclusive of any applicable taxes.
• Memberships renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. You can cancel at any time via your billing portal.
• Failed payments will be retried per our dunning schedule. Continued failure may result in membership pause or termination.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All website content (logos, graphics, photos, course content, and copy) is owned by Pinnacle Athletics or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission.

Photo and video release

We may photograph or record classes, events, and competitions for marketing and social media purposes. You can opt out on the waiver or by emailing us at info@pinnacleathleticsokc.com. Opting out does not affect membership in any way.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Athletics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in our programs, beyond the scope of the waiver you signed at registration.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or our programs after changes constitutes acceptance.
